How will our relationship work?
Open communication is the key to any good relationship. We will earn your trust as we clean your home and treat your possessions with care. Prior to each clean you will receive a confirmation email, and after each service you will receive a survey. Please take a few seconds to reply. We depend on your feedback to better serve you, what we can do better and what we are doing right.

What cleaning products are used?
Executive Green Clean LLC uses the safest and most effective of cleaning ingredients – all Green Seal approved.
We use micro-fiber cloths that clean without chemicals for most surfaces, and paper towels for others. We use HEPA (High-Efficient Particulate Air Filter) vacuum cleaners that remove 99.97% of all airborne particles.

Our green seal cleaning solutions, our equipment and our cleaning methods will not harm the finishes or surfaces of your furniture, personal effects, counters or floors.

When will the scheduled cleaning service occur?
You can schedule a regular green cleaning service to occur on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. We can even schedule periodic green cleaning services. Once we establish how frequently you want green cleaning service, we will select a day of the week and then select either mornings or afternoons. We are all aware of traffic considerations, so we are unable to guarantee to be at your home at a specific time, but we can usually arrive either in the mornings or afternoons.
We start at 8:30 am and work until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend work is available subject to advance scheduling.

How much time is needed for a green clean?
The amount of time Executive Green Clean requires to clean your home depends on the type of cleaning required and the size and needs of your home. A regular green cleaning service ranges between one hour to two-and-a-half hours, depending on the size of the cleaning team and your needs. A deep cleaning or a one time clean may take longer.

Does Executive Green Clean offer carpet cleaning?
Executive Green Clean offers carpet cleaning using a Green Seal certified cleaning solution and a commercial carpet extractor that is approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI). Carpet cleaning is charged by the square-foot. The carpet extractor has an 85% moisture return, meaning your carpets will be dry within a few hours (2 to 2 ½) instead of the traditional 8 to 10 hours (maybe). The higher rate of return means less water will remain in the carper, reducing the likelihood of mold developing in the carpet fibers. The cleaning solution is hydrogen peroxide-based and is colorfast. No detergents (which attract dirt) are used. The hydrogen peroxide solution actually repels dirt and helps restore the original colors of the carpet.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Both parties reserve the right to cancel service at any time.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, Executive Green Clean LLC is insured and bonded. We will always treat your home with the care and respect you would expect. However, should anything be damaged or broken during the cleaning service, we will make every effort to repair or replace the item. We are covered through a Janitorial Service Bond (#EXE610, Policy # LMF 0003233) with Vic’s Insurance Center at 425-486-7744. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.

How is my cleaning rate determined?
Through our user friendly website you can enter your specific requirements and customize a cleaning package to suit your needs. Our Service Estimator will then automatically calculate your cleaning cost. You can schedule your first clean and even charge your credit card securely from our website.

Do I need to be at home?
Most of our customers are not present when we clean their property.

How will you get into my house?
Most of our customers provide us with a key to the property. Your key will be stored securely in our office, except when in use.

Is there anything I need to do before Executive Green Clean comes to clean my home?
Prior to any cleaning, if you have any special requests, we are always happy to do extra work, just let us know in advance via our website's Feedback section and type it into the box titled "Special Requests" and we will get back to you with the cost. Notes from our customers are an important tool in maintaining quality control and client satisfaction so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Using the key you have left with us, or your access code, upon our arrival we will need to access to your home. You do not need to be present during the service yet you are welcome to remain while we clean. It is helpful to have items picked up off the floor and have general clutter removed and picking up dishes, laundry and toys will allow the cleaning staff to do a thorough clean

Who provides the equipment and cleaning supplies?
We provide all the equipment and supplies necessary to clean your home using the safest and most effective of cleaning ingredients – Green Seal approved solutions (www.greenseal.org)
Our products provide better indoor air quality, and greatly reduce the use of raw materials and toxic products and will not harm the finishes or surfaces of your furniture, counter, or floors. We use micro-fiber cloths that clean without chemicals for most surfaces, paper towels when necessary and HEPA (High-Efficient Particulate Air Filter) vacuum cleaners that remove 99.97% of all airborne particles.

What if something was missed or not cleaned properly?
Executive Green Clean offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean and a specialist will take care of the issue soon after, or on the next clean.

What if I want to cancel a scheduled service?
Your cleaning is scheduled in advance and we need to maintain our schedule to ensure continued low prices and a full day of work for our employees.
We ask for a minimum of one weeks notice for long term schedule cleans and twenty-four hours cancellation notice on a regular green clean. If you do not notify us of a cancellation, or the team arrives is unable to access your home we will need to charge a $50 fee.

How flexible is Executive Green Clean around the holidays and vacation times?
We are quite flexible around holidays and vacation times. We do not work on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving Day. We will contact you prior to the holiday to reschedule an alternate day for that week.

Who will be cleaning my home and do you use employees or contractors?
Executive Green Clean LLC does not contract out any cleaning services. We only use employees all of whom are screened with a thorough background check and all are covered by L & I insurance. All employment taxes and insurance are paid by our company and are therefore not your responsibility.

What if I have pets?
Many of our clients have pets. Pets are no problem but we must be made aware of them prior to the scheduled cleaning. Large or aggressive pets should be secured by the owner prior to our arrival.

How will I be billed for services and what methods of payment are accepted?
Unless other arrangements are made prior, all payment for services are made via a credit card on file. This reduces and even eliminates a great deal of paperwork and helps keep our rates competitive. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our user friendly and secure website. Your card will be charged for each service 1-3 days prior to the scheduled clean.

Should I tip the workers for a job well done?
Tipping is neither required or expected, but it is always appreciated. If you would like to leave a tip, cash is the preferred method of currency and will be shared among the members of the cleaning team.
