Executive Green Clean (EGC) will perform the work specified by the client. EGC reserves the right to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without notice. By ordering, the client is agreeing to be bound by EGC Terms and Conditions of Service. NO alteration to the Terms and Conditions is valid unless contained in a letter signed on behalf of the company by an authorized signatory.
Pricing and Payment:
All prices are subject to change and inclusive of EGC. Existing customers will be given 30 days notice of any price changes.
Payment:
All clients must pay by credit or debit cards and are processed 1-3 days prior to service.
Termination of Service:
Either party i.e. EGC or customer may terminate the agreement at any time.
Working Conditions:
In order to protect our employees, working environment must safe and healthy.

Equipment:
We will not use any personal equipment while completing a service. EGC will provide all the cleaning material and equipment.
Keys:
EGC undertakes to provide absolute security for your keys at all times. IN the unlikely event of any keys being lost by EGC, we will make appropriate arrangements as soon as possible. EGC shall not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of a delay caused by the client.
Insurance:
EGC holds a Janitorial Bond through Vic’s Insurance Center 425-846-7744. Policy # LFM0003233
